This website is operated by MJM CREATION, an Australian business (ABN 21 689 816 780). Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MJM CREATION. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

 

PRODUCTS

All products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology. Each item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Product images are digital mockups. While we strive for accuracy, actual colors may vary slightly between screens and the final printed product due to differences in display technology and printing processes.

 

PRICING AND CURRENCY

Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

 

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) or PayPal. We do not store your credit card details. All transactions are encrypted with industry-standard SSL technology.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND FULFILMENT

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. In accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), we will ship your order within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy. If we cannot fulfil your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you of the delay and provide you with the option to consent to the delay or cancel your order for a full refund.

 

SHIPPING

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes and costs.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We stand behind the quality of our products and will replace or refund any item that arrives defective or significantly different from its description.

We make every effort to ensure product information is accurate. We are not responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.

If you have a concern about your order or our services, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly. Most concerns can be resolved through good-faith communication.

To the fullest extent permitted by law,  MJM CREATION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable US federal or state consumer protection laws, including the FTC Act.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. For US customers, nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable US federal or state consumer protection laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia, though we will always attempt to resolve issues directly with you first.
